RCL Class One

The first class back after decades of the leadership program's hibernation ignites a project to rebuild Russell County. Using the book 13 Ways to Kill Your Community and discussion throughout the class's time meeting with organizations and business, the project begins with a two list exercise to engage community members.

RCL Class II

Class II immersed themselves in both personal and professional growth, choosing to lead from their strengths rather than dwell on their weaknesses. Through hands-on challenges and real conversations about economic concerns, associates gained an eye-opening understanding of the conditions shaping our surrounding communities. What emerged was a powerful recognition of Russell County’s resilience—and the vast opportunities ahead for those willing to engage, innovate, and lead.
