The first class back after decades of the leadership program's hibernation ignites a project to rebuild Russell County. Using the book 13 Ways to Kill Your Community and discussion throughout the class's time meeting with organizations and business, the project begins with a two list exercise to engage community members.

What is Volunteer Russell County?
Volunteer Russell will be a culmination of a two list exercised performed in all twelve townships of of Russell County. After this exercise is complete, Russell County Leadership will launch an online platform for community to access in hopes of sharing what our community has to offer as well as what are community needs.
